Welcome to JSR – By Satguru (Satguru Fabrics). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (jsrbysatguru.com), our WhatsApp Business communication, and any wholesale order placed with us. By browsing our website, contacting us on WhatsApp, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.
1. About Us
JSR – By Satguru is an in-house manufacturer of women’s ethnic wear, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with over 25 years of experience in the textile and garment industry. We manage the entire process ourselves — from raw material sourcing to the finished, ready-to-wear piece — across our manufacturing units and embroidery facility in Jaipur.
2. Nature of Business
– We deal strictly in **wholesale and bulk orders**. We do not sell single pieces or cater to individual retail customers.
– Our customers are shop owners, wholesalers, and retailers purchasing for resale.

– We reserve the right to request business verification (such as a shop card or business proof) before processing an order.
3. Eligibility
By using our website or placing an order with us, you confirm that you:
– Are at least 18 years of age.
– Are legally authorised to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your business.
– Are purchasing for wholesale/business resale purposes, not personal use.
4. Product Catalog & Designs
– New designs are launched regularly and shared through our WhatsApp catalog groups and business channels.
– Product images are for reference only. Actual colour, print, and embroidery may show slight variation due to fabric dye lots, lighting, or screen/device display differences.
– All designs are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or mark any design as out of stock without prior notice.
– Catalog images shared with you are for your own ordering reference and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our written permission (see Section 9).
5. Order Process
New design images are shared with you through our WhatsApp catalog/groups.
You select the designs you’re interested in and share your selection with our team.
We share the applicable rates for your selected designs.
You confirm your final order based on the shared rates.
Your confirmed order is recorded and processed for billing.
An invoice/bill is generated and shared with you before dispatch.
We reserve the right to accept, modify, or decline any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or incomplete business verification.
6. Pricing & Payment
– All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and transport/shipping charges, unless stated otherwise.
– Full payment must be received before an order is dispatched.
– Payment must be made through the mode communicated by our team, and a payment confirmation/receipt screenshot must be shared with us on WhatsApp for verification.
– Dispatch is initiated only after payment is verified by our billing team.
7. Shipping & Delivery
– Orders are dispatched via third-party transport/courier services after payment confirmation.
– Tracking/consignment details are shared with you on WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
– Delivery timelines depend on the transporter, destination, and order volume, and are estimates only.
– Transport/freight charges are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. [confirm exact policy]
– We are not liable for delays caused by the transporter or events beyond our reasonable control (see Section 12).
8. Returns, Exchange & Cancellation
– As a wholesale business, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, style, or personal preference once an order is confirmed and dispatched.
– Replacement is considered only in case of a genuine manufacturing defect, provided it is reported to us within [24–48 hours] of delivery, along with photo/video proof.
– Approved claims are resolved through replacement or credit note, at our discretion; we do not offer cash refunds.

9. Intellectual Property
All designs, catalog images, embroidery patterns, the JSR – By Satguru name, and logo are the exclusive property of JSR – By Satguru. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, resale, or redistribution of our catalog images or designs — including forwarding them to non-genuine buyers or competitors — is strictly prohibited and may result in discontinuation of services to the concerned party.
10. Customer Responsibilities
– You agree to provide accurate business details (shop name, contact details, business proof) when requested.
– You agree not to misuse our WhatsApp channels, catalogs, or website for any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorised purpose.
– You are responsible for verifying design and colour selections before confirming your final order.
11. Limitation of Liability
JSR – By Satguru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, WhatsApp services, or products, including delays caused by third-party transporters or circumstances beyond our control.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or disruption to transport/logistics networks.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
